Legacy 40

May we all cherish one special aim, 
that whether sooner or later, 
there will be an era in which the world is perfect in Dhamma 
through everyone performing their duties, 
through everyone being clearly mindful in their hearts 
that the correct duty is itself the Dhamma 
that will help keep us above all problems.
This is possible because the world is always changing. 
You ought to support the conditions for such change in this world.

มรดกที่ ๔๐

ขอให้เรามีความมุ่งหมายเป็นพิเศษกันไว้สักข้อหนึ่งว่า
ไม่เร็วก็ช้าจะมีโลกสักยุคหนึ่ง อันเป็นโลกสมบูรณ์ด้วยธรรมะ
โดยที่ทุกคนทำหน้าที่ของตน ๆ 
โดยมีสติสัมปชัญญะรู้สึกอยู่ในใจว่า
หน้าที่อันถูกต้องนั่นแหละคือธรรมะ 
ที่จะช่วยให้คนเราอยู่เหนือปัญหาทั้งปวงได้.
ทั้งนี้ เป็นสิ่งที่มีได้ เพราะโลกเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่เสมอ.
จงให้ปัจจัยแห่งความเปลี่ยนแปลงเพื่อความเป็นอย่างนี้แก่โลกเถิด.
